| A “zero lot line” situation occurs when the perimeter or the proposed perimeter boundaries of a building or structure are located on part of the boundary lines of the property. “Zero lot line” structures are typical of “Planned Unit Developments” (PUD’s). In regard to a “zero lot line” situation, extreme care should be exercised in connection with: |
